Abstract
|
|
|
Sensitive radioimmunoassay method for serum CEA estimation is described. For first step, i´sl-anti CEA globulin of sandwich technique use has been prepared.
Radioiodine labelled anti-CEA globulin has been prepared using chloramin-T method and the labelled product was purified by means of a starch gel electrophoresis and sephadex gel filtration.
In determing the precision of CEA measurments that CV(%) on intrassay was average 9.5% and on interassay was 9.8% has been effectively prepared
